Dear Valued Wilo Customers, 

Wilo Australia will be temporarily putting on hold the sale of pump models marketed for domestic household & commercial market effective from the 5th November 2020 until an internal quality review of products for compliance to AS/NZS standards has been completed.

This review may take between 2 and 3 months depending if additional testing is required to complete the gaps between EN and/or IEC and AS/NZS standards.

Our customer service team will get in contact if any of your back orders will be impacted by this product review to give you an opportunity to cancel your order if you so wish and source from an alternative supplier.

If you currently hold stock of these items, we recommend you do not continue to sell them until we know the outcome of the internal quality review or alternatively return them to Wilo Australia and we will arrange for a refund.
